Jesse Jackson Jumps Into Florida Right-To-Die-Case Jane, you ignorant slut. The controversy in this case is almost entirely about whether it is a right-to-die case or not. This headline might as well be "Interfering Christian Is Wrong".

"Pressured by the Christian right and socially conservative activists", including Jackson, Ralph Nader, disabled activists and all of the Democrats who voted for the bill, "the Republican-led U.S. Congress passed a special law last week".

"Michael Schiavo's lawyer said on Monday he had ordered an autopsy be carried out after his wife dies to show the public the extent of her brain damage and to silence claims that his plans to cremate her are aimed at hiding something." So the entire point of the autopsy is to prove that she's severely brain damaged, as everyone concedes, but NOT to check for evidence elsewhere in her body of the type of injuries they've been accused of trying to hide.

The article strikes me as being quite biased, but mainly through omission.
