Jan Govan is running against Judge Greer down in Florida. This is about the only way of getting rid of incompetent judges, which Greer emphatically is (see the links lower down on the page I just linked to). He's so bad I might even send some money to Jan Govan, and I'm not exactly famous for sending people money.
